JIP-27: Directed Staking for JitoSOL - Lets large holders + DeFi protocols direct stake to eligible validators while preserving the permissionless pool.

JIP-28: Accelerate BAM Adoption - Phased JitoSOL delegations to validators running the new Block Assembly Marketplace (BAM) client.

JIP-29: Extend NCN Grants & Futarchy Experiments - Extends the pioneering futarchy-based grant program to fund open-source NCN projects.

JIP-30: Enable JitoSOL Participation in Solana Governance - $1M JitoSOL budget to build the infrastructure for JitoSOL holders to vote in Solana protocol governance.

RevTec Running TipRouter (Actually)

On November 25th, Jito Foundation’s Hayden Tsutsui hosted the founder of RevTec Max Sherwood on a special X livestream to discuss their latest TipRouter integration as well as their newly launched Solana validator. 

The RevTec Solana validator is using the TipRouter NCN to distribute Jito Tips and Priority Fees back to stakers. In Max’s own words, they want to give “100% of the upside back to stakers”.

Hylo Incentives on Kamino

On November 5th, 2025 new incentives were announced for the hyUSD-USDC and hyUSD-JitoSOL on Kamino. All hyUSD-JitoSOL LP depositors are eligible to earn a share of 5k JTO incentives per month.

As of November 14th, now hyUSD-USDC LP depositors are also eligible to earn a share of 10k JTO per month and a 5x Hylo XP boost (up from the previously announced 5k JTO per month).
